living our lives in color
In Indiana, Black and Brown LGBTQ+ people often face isolation, fear, and systemic barriers that deny us basic safety and dignity.
This is why we exist.
EXISTING AUTHENTICALLY
We affirm, celebrate, and amplify the intersectional expressions of Queer People of Color in the State of Indiana.
Protecting Sacred Spaces
Ensuring Essential Wellness
Demanding Legislative Voice
“We believe in building a place where Black and Brown queer joy is not just permitted, but loudly and fiercely celebrated.”

OUR “HOW”
WE ARE A CHOSEN FAMILY FIGHTING FOR THE DIGNITY AND SURVIVAL OF OUR PEOPLE IN INDIANA.
Establishing and maintaining culturally-affirming gathering spaces and programs that directly counter loneliness, build collective power, and strengthen the bonds of our family.
Connecting members with vital life resources, including guaranteed access to culturally competent health, mental health, and financial resilience support.
Leading aggressive policy advocacy at the local and state level to challenge the specific legislation and systemic inequities that threaten the lives and rights of our community.
