Are you passionate about advocating for and uplifting the voices of Indiana’s diverse LGBTQ+ communities, especially those who are Black, Brown, and Indigenous?
Indiana Pride of Color (INPOC) is seeking dedicated, visionary, and community-minded individuals to join our Working Board of Directors.
As a board member, you’ll help guide the direction of INPOC’s programs, partnerships, and events, working alongside a vibrant team committed to equity, celebration, and social change.
We believe leadership should reflect the communities we serve: diverse in identity, lived experience, and perspective.
What We’re Looking For:

✊ Ready to contribute skills, time, and talents to help INPOC grow
🗣️ Interested in community organizing, fundraising, advocacy, or nonprofit leadership

Key Duties: Facilitate meetings, support board members, sign contracts.

Key Duties: Oversee programs, evaluate impact, and support the President.

Key Duties: Social media, press, branding, public-facing voice.

Handles organizational finances.
Key Duties: Budgeting, compliance, reporting.

Maintains documentation and internal communication.
Key Duties: Minutes, records, scheduling.

Leads planning for the BLQ+ Pride Summer Festival.
Key Duties: Vendors, logistics, permits, accessibility.

Strengthens local engagement and partnerships.
Key Duties: Community programs, grassroots outreach.

Supports digital infrastructure and events.
Key Duties: Web, virtual meetings, and platform maintenance.

Leads creative campaigns and visual identity.
Key Duties: Design, promo strategy, outreach.

Ensures safe, affirming spaces for youth and families.
Key Duties: Mentorship, intergenerational access.

Oversees safety at events and programs.
Key Duties: Protocols, crisis response, training.

Drives sustainability through funding.
Key Duties: Grant writing, donor relations, reporting.
